Back to Top How do I get my rebate?
To get your rebate, follow these simple steps:
1. Purchase a new eligible Lexmark printer anytime between September 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013.
2. Submit your claim within 45 days of purchase invoice date or by February 14, 2014, whichever occurs sooner.
a) Completely fill out the online claim form.
b) You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your claim, your claim number, and a reminder to submit your proof of purchase (invoice) by fax, mail, or e-mail. Print out a copy of the confirmation for your records.
c) You must submit a copy of your confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase with printer price(s), and purchase date(s) within 30 days of claim submission. Keep a copy of your confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase for your records.
3. Fax the confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase to 770-925-9064 or email to lexmarkcs@marketvelocity.com. Or mail to:

4. After the proof of purchase is received and validated, within one business day, Market Velocity will email the pre-addressed, pre-paid shipping label. Your trade-in printer(s) must ship within 30 days of receipt of shipping label or April 15, 2014, whichever occurs sooner.

Rebate checks will be issued approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the receipt and validation of your proof of purchase invoice along with your Confirmation email and the receipt of your trade-in printer(s). Purchase must be made between September 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013.
Back to Top What is the filing deadline for my trade-in claim?
You must file your trade-in claim within 45 days of the purchase invoice date or by February 14, 2014, whichever occurs sooner. Once you have accepted your trade-in quote, submitted your proof of purchase within 30 days of claim submission and received your shipping instructions and label, you must ship your trade-in printer(s) within 30 days of receiving your label or by April 15, 2014, whichever occurs sooner.

Yes, this offer may be combined with other Lexmark printer rebate offers. However, it may not be combined with (or “stacked” with) Lexmark special bid pricing.

Back to Top Are resellers allowed to participate in the promotion?
Resellers may submit claims on behalf of their end-user customer by following the same claim process or may claim and receive the rebate value for themselves. Only one rebate allowance may be claimed per new product purchase by either the end-user or the Lexmark authorized reseller, but not both.
